GIMM started its way with TESLA in 2016 sequencing for model T3. Four years later, GIMM sequences and controls the production and assembly processes of several parts for TESLA Model 3 and Model Y, in Freemont and Shanghai factories. Ahead of us, an exciting sequencing project for the new TESLA GIGAFACTORY in Berlin.GIMM is equipped with a connector that ensures data transmission and reception of the manufacturing orders from Tesla’s MOS server. This connector was developed jointly with Tesla and is compliant with the specifications of the manufacturer. One big challenge during deployment projects for TESLA is their management. We live in a VUCA World, where Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity challenges our day by day with shortened innovation and product life cycles. TESLA is a leader in this changing environment and it is also reflected on the very dynamic, agile way they manage projects. This impacts on the time response required to changes. Our consultants’ Agile T-Mindset and the flexibility of our product are keys to the success of the projects.
